Meetings Coordinator (Hybrid)


Full time, Singapore

In this role, you will provide guidance to clients on our services and qualifying all meeting requests, support services to event manager and Meeting Planners, and assist as needed to ensure the successful completion of meeting and or event.

As a Meeting Coordinator, you will

  • Serve as main contact within the operations team for all participant services related to meetings
  • Coordinate with global or regional teams to align on meeting needs and support requirements.
  • Use the appropriate the BCD tools, to complete requests
  • Complete assigned work to meet SLAs on all assigned accounts
  • Create and manage event/meeting documentation including attendee lists, meeting notes, logistics checklists, and feedback forms.
  • Attend to any unexpected distruptions quickly and professionally

About you

  • 8-10 years of experience in Meeting coordination, travel operations, or corporate administration.
  • Experience working in a team environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with tight timelines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
