Job summary

St. Andrew's Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide social casework management, psychosocial and financial assessments, counselling and interventions within patient care.

• Degree in Social Work or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferably with experience in healthcare setting

• Good interpersonal communication skills and social report-writing skills
• Strong interest in working with the elderly
