Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of our gynecological product lines (hysteroscopy systems, IVD hormone assays, etc.) within your assigned territory to achieve targets;
- Visit hospitals and key departments (OB-GYN, fertility, etc.), build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Identify customer needs, deliver professional product presentations, and offer tailored clinical solutions;
- Organize product trials, demos, and academic events to support doctors and nurses in adopting our technologies;
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights, and relay customer feedback for strategy alignment;
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical support, and R&D teams to execute market plans and improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, any major welcomed; background in medical, nursing, biology, or marketing is a plus;
- 3+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales preferred, familiarity with hospital channels is an advantage;
- Passionate about sales with strong business development skills and client communication;
- Highly proactive, goal-oriented, eager to learn new products and clinical knowledge;
- Willing to travel frequently and work in fast-paced hospital environments.
