Job summary

Kinexcs Pte Ltd, a healthtech company, is offering a Quality Control & Inventory Intern position at its Singapore location. The role provides hands-on experience across quality, engineering and operations within a regulated medical device setting.

You will work on defined assignments, review workflows, and gain exposure to assembly and inventory processes while developing practical, transferable skills for a career in engineering, quality, manufacturing or operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in engineering, life sciences, quality, manufacturing, operations, supply chain or a related discipline.
• Basic spreadsheet, data-handling and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Prior industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality evaluations of components and finished devices using approved procedures and tools, while developing practical skills in quality assurance and accurate documentation.
• Maintain quality records, traceability information, and controlled documentation in accordance with company procedures, gaining practical exposure to ISO 13485 quality management principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous-improvement activities through the review of existing workflows and the development of practical enhancements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to assembly and inventory activities to build an understanding of day-to-day medical device operations.
