Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd is seeking two Quality Engineers at fresh graduate/entry level for our precision manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role supports daily quality activities, investigations, root-cause analysis and the maintenance of quality documentation.

Qualified candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related fields. Internship/project experience is advantageous; candidates with up to three years of relevant experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to prepare technical documentation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship/attachment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support daily quality and engineering activities.
• Assist with product, process and manufacturing investigations.
• Support customer complaint and non-conformance investigations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality procedures, work instructions and records.
• Support product inspection, testing, verification and evaluation.
• Collect and analyse manufacturing and quality data.
• Participate in PFMEA, risk assessment and process-improvement activities.
• Support ISO 13485 Quality Management System requirements.
• Participate in internal, customer and supplier audits.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations teams.
