Job summary

MEIBAN MICRO PTE LTD is seeking a PLM Manager to lead day-to-day lifecycle governance for medical devices and components, coordinating Engineering, NPI, Operations, Quality and Regulatory, Supply Chain, IT, Commercial teams, and customers around a single product record and stage-gate process.

You will facilitate cross-functional reviews, drive actions to closure, and ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle performance across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Structured, relationship-focused manager with strong facilitation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, NPI, Operations, Quality and Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Influences without direct authority and drives actions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM governance and program execution across lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate design transfer, NPI, and manufacturing readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee product data, configuration, and change control processes.
• Manage sustaining engineering, cost discipline, and lifecycle optimization.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Translate business needs into clear PLM system requirements and workflows.
• Lead and develop PLM team members across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Provide executive updates and stakeholder communications on lifecycle status.
