Yu health in Singapore is seeking a registered nurse to welcome patients, manage clinic flow, and assist with both clinical and patient-care tasks at Novena Medical Center. You will prepare treatment rooms, maintain infection control logs, and support aftercare and rebooking in a small team.

The role requires MOH-guideline-compliant practice, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and with colleagues in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and a valid nursing licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform facials, peels and other non-invasive treatments according to clinic protocols, and assist with device-based treatments under doctor direction, within MOH guidelines, training will be provided.
• Prepare treatment rooms; maintain infection control, sterilization and equipment logs
• Assist patient preparation and aftercare
• Explain treatment plans, aftercare and skincare routines clearly, and recommend suitable products and packages
• Record treatment notes accurately in the clinic management system
• Follow up patients after treatment and support rebooking
• Support front desk during peak periods
