Job summary

AP Media Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development & Media-Tech Education Executive to drive growth and delivery of education programmes and content production.

You will identify business opportunities, build partnerships, and coordinate programmes across business development and operations. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, Education, Media, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, programme coordination, project management, education, media, technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in Media-Tech, Virtual Production, Generative AI, digital media, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or business development platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a strong "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support programme delivery and attend onsite activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, educational, institutional, and other sectors.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitors, potential clients, and new market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, business discussions, presentations, and partnership engagements.
• Manage and maintain databases, pipelines, and trackers.
• Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and insights for management.
• Develop business proposals, quotations, and supporting materials for opportunities.
• Understand client needs and develop customised programme solutions.
• Support strategic partnerships and initiatives contributing to growth.
• Work with internal teams to ensure viability and operational feasibility of proposals.
• Coordinate development of Media-Tech Education programmes, outcomes, modules, and training materials.
• Ensure content and delivery align with industry developments and client requirements.
• Coordinate trainers, schedules, facilities, resources, and logistics for programme delivery.
• Manage participant communications, onboarding, attendance tracking, and feedback.
• Oversee programme readiness, including materials and equipment.
• Address operational issues and ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and own project coordination.
