Overview of the job

Media Planning Executives analyze data, think creatively, and develop innovative strategies to ensure marketing campaigns reach the right target audiences effectively. They devise, propose, or recommend media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audience research using syndicated and first-party data sources
  • Manage creative specifications
  • Support the creation of tactical plan presentations and media plans
  • Oversee campaign launches using the “Launch Tracker”
  • Ensure quality assurance of media plan setups by activation team members
  • Draft and collate commentary on media performance, conducting initial reviews
  • Adhere to team standards for reporting templates and delivery
  • Track campaign performance and targets across channels monthly, flagging intervention needs
  • Contribute ideas for campaign experiments and prioritize team suggestions
  • Contribute content to campaign wrap-up presentations based on performance analysis
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing
  • Working knowledge of search, social, display, video, and/or programmatic media buying
  • Experience with media research tools (e.g., Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov, Keyword Planner)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite – Slides, Sheets, Docs, Lookerstudio
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proven problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, deadline-driven, with strong reasoning skills
  • Experience handling large datasets and creating visualizations to address analytical questions
