Role Overview
This role supports the Business Team by managing media and marketing initiatives, while also handling operations to ensure smooth processes and enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Marketing
- Create and manage content for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials to attract and retain clients (Posts, Reels, etc).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for media production.
- Track engagement and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure all communications reflect the centre’s brand and values.
Operations
- Respond to operations-related enquiries from clients, parents, and staff professionally and promptly.
- Support scheduling and general operational coordination.
- Plan and coordinate events such as holiday camps and other centre activities.
- Escalate issues to relevant team members and follow up to resolution.
- Help improve operational processes based on enquiry trends and feedback, using insights to inform content, messaging, and promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Media, Marketing, Business, Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience in content creation and social media management.
- Professional and friendly approach when handling clients.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on weekends during peak business periods (5 day work week).
