Role Overview

This role supports the Business Team by managing media and marketing initiatives, while also handling operations to ensure smooth processes and enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Media & Marketing
  • Create and manage content for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials to attract and retain clients (Posts, Reels, etc).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for media production.
  • Track engagement and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the centre’s brand and values.
Operations
  • Respond to operations-related enquiries from clients, parents, and staff professionally and promptly.
  • Support scheduling and general operational coordination.
  • Plan and coordinate events such as holiday camps and other centre activities.
  • Escalate issues to relevant team members and follow up to resolution.
  • Help improve operational processes based on enquiry trends and feedback, using insights to inform content, messaging, and promotional strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Media, Marketing, Business, Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Professional and friendly approach when handling clients.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak business periods (5 day work week).
