Job summary

Aprisium is seeking a Mechatronics Design Engineer in Singapore to develop mechanical assemblies and integrated mechatronic systems from concept through prototyping and production support. Strong hands-on CAD skills in Autodesk Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, with understanding of mechanical, electrical, control and fluid interfaces, are required.

You will work with electronics and software teams, design analysers, prototypes via 3D printing and CNC, perform GD&T and tolerance analyses, review

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on mechanical/mechatronic design experience with CAD modelling, prototyping and validation.
• Experience taking designs from concept to fabrication and assembly; exposure to instrumentation or fluidics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical assemblies and enclosures with GD&T and DFM/DFA considerations.
• Integrate motors, actuators, pumps, valves and sensors with electrical/software teams.
• Prototype with 3D printing, CNC, and sheet metal; perform functional and reliability checks.
• Collaborate with suppliers, review manufacturability, and support production transition.
• Maintain CAD files, drawings and test records, and ensure safety compliance.
