Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Mechanical Technician to install and repair mechanical equipment at client sites. Work includes following drawings, maintaining records, and supporting on-site engineers during buy-off.

Emphasis on safety and adherence to HSE policies across company and client premises. Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or related fields with hands-on sheet metal experience. Tools like hand drill, rivet gun, and tap wrench are preferred; overtime on weekdays and weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician in manufacturing, or related industries.
• Sheet metal environment preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, like hand drill, tap wrench, rivet gun etc...

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and assembly of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and standards during installation and assembly work.
• Maintain accurate service records and work reports.
• Support Engineers and Managers on site during equipment buy-off.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, following HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations of both company and client's policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams be in company or client for smooth job execution.
• Able to work overtime when required i.e. weekdays and weekends.

$1,600 to $2,000 (depend experience)

Job Purpose

To perform installation and repair of mechanical equipment, and machinery at the site, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and assembly of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and standards during installation and assembly work.
• Maintain accurate service records and work reports.
• Support Engineers and Managers on site during equipment buy-off.

Sheet metal rework tasks

1. Able to touch up on paint work
2. Able to perform sheet metal part alignment during assembly
3. Able to read simple drawing to rework on parts

Qualifications & Experience
