Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a focused site coordinator to manage and coordinate Mechanical Services works for construction and A&A projects, covering ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection systems.

You will review drawings, liaise with main contractors and consultants, conduct site inspections, prepare shop drawings and method statements, and ensure compliance with codes and project specs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction
• Experience in ACMV, P&S, Fire Protection or other Mechanical Services preferred
• Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination and project requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and technical requirements to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and other subcontractors on project and site matters
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress, quality and installation of Mechanical Services works
• Assist in resolving technical and site issues and coordinate with relevant parties for timely rectification
• Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements and other project documentation
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team on construction matters
• Ensure works comply with relevant codes, regulations and project specifications
• Perform other duties related to project and site coordination as assigned
