Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand read of 3D drawing of equipment, piping system and pipe support
• Familiar with equipment layout drawing, detailed piping drawing and isometric drawing.
• Co-ordinate with process, civil & structural, electrical & instrumentation team, to understand the elevation & structural requirements.
• Develop MSRA for mechanical, piping construction works.
• Manage and supervisor workforce for construction works.
• Prepare the material list depicting all the materials, sizes, specification, special requirements, testing requirements to meet the design. This document shall be used as an input for procurement team.
• Review the documents & drawings of vendor supplied equipment, valves, and skids to verify the piping requirements are meet.
• Perform site inspection at vendor manufacturing unit to qualify & check vendor can supply the bulk requirement on demand.
• Assist project & engineering team for modification requirement during construction. Prepare as-built drawings after completion of construction and documents, as necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in piping construction and developing process piping system.
• Good knowledge of GA drawings, ISO drawings,
• Knowledge & experience to work in oil & gas plant, chemical plant,
• Able to provide quick and effective technical solutions, to suit requirements at all stage of the project
