Job summary

GOODPLUS EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. seeks a Mechanical Installation Support professional to assist the project team on site in planning, coordinating, and supervising installation works in Singapore.

You will prepare drawings, method statements, and submissions, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedules. You will also monitor progress, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, and contribute to testing, commissioning, and handover

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in planning, coordinating and supervising mechanical installation works.
• Prepare drawings, method statements, material submissions and other project documents.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Carry out site inspections, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Assist with material ordering, quantity take-off and equipment delivery.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support maintenance or repair work.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Mechanical Manage
