With a strong footprint across Asia and a growing presence in Singapore, they deliver full-cycle solutions spanning design, engineering, procurement, and construction management.

We're hiring a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead large-scale data centre projects across Southeast Asia. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and excels in multidisciplinary coordination, resource planning, and end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end mechanical design process-from conceptual design to commissioning and handover.
  • Oversee project resources, manpower planning, budget control, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery.
  • Provide technical reviews of vendor submissions and ensure alignment with design intent and local regulations.
  • Support estimation processes, procurement, and bid evaluations for major mechanical packages.
  • Supervise on-site installation performance, safety compliance, and commissioning activities.

The Talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in data centre or critical infrastructure
  • Experience working in NEA or SEA region
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, Power BI

Preferred:

  • PE/CEng registration
  • LEED / BREEAM credentials
  • Background with regional or global consultancies
