is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team responsible for end-to-end product design and development in a fast-growing tech environment. You will ensure projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals while aligning technical work with business strategy, balancing hands-on engineering with leadership, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor and advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
• 3–5+ years leading a team of design engineers in related equipment design.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical concepts and problem solving incl. stack tolerance and FEA.
• Proficient in solid modeling, prefer SolidWorks.
• Ability to interact with customers and colleagues to review project progress.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, independent with strong troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibilities

• A Mechanical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading an Engineering Team, overseeing end-to-end Product design and development, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals, and aligning technical work with business strategy.
• He balances hands-on technical expertise with leadership, resource planning, and corss-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor and Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciples
• More than 10 years experience in equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Leading/Managing a Team of Design Engineers in Equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical concepts and problem-solving skills, including knowledge in Stack tolerance, Finite Element Analysis.
• Proficient with solid modelling is a MUST, preference in Solidworks
• Ability to interact directly with customers and co-workers via Face to face, conference calls, emails, etc, to review and update Project Development progress.
• Self-motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent and flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence. Strong Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills
