Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to elevate complex issues and improve product design
• Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations (e.g., MOM standards) and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes
• Good communication skills in English; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Valid Singapore Class 3/Class 4 driving license and ability to work autonomously
