Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified ACMV Site Manager to oversee installation works at Tuas, coordinating ducting, piping and equipment on a major project.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, review of drawings and documents, coordination with contractors, and ensuring safety and quality compliance; 5-day work week with good bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 5 years of ACMV experience with hands-on site management.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems including ducting, chilled water and ventilation.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee ACMV installation works on site, including ducting, piping, and related equipment.
• Plan, prepare, and control material requisitions based on project specifications and work schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Supervise site operations and ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and other trades to facilitate coordination and smooth project progress.
• Track project schedules, manpower allocation, and site productivity to meet project targets.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and other technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for ACMV systems.
• Prepare progress updates and maintain project-related documentation.
