Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement improvements to optimize assembly efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation for assembly, testing, cleaning, and packaging processes.
- Utilize and manage manufacturing process flowcharts (e.g., M-flow charts) for process planning and control.
- Manage and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment with production needs.
- Document and implement engineering changes, ensuring all updates are properly recorded and communicated.
- Oversee the upkeep, servicing, and availability of equipment, tools, and consumables used in the production area.
- Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of customer complaint issues related to product performance or quality.
- Provide hands-on support to production lines, including equipment assembly, testing, cleaning, and packaging activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, with experience in assembly and testing processes.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
