INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Plant Maintenance) for a permanent role in Tuas. Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for plant machinery to ensure reliability and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/related engineering with at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and familiarity with CAD or CMMS software. Transport is provided. Salary up to SGD 4,200 plus bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related field.
At least 3 years in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing or process plants.
Experience with CAD or CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for plant machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and records.
Coordinate equipment modifications, upgrades and improvement projects.
Work with operations to ensure reliability, safety, and performance.
Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, contractors and vendors.
Support safety and environmental compliance initiatives.
Train technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices.
