Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily site activities related to HVAC/ACMV installations and compile comprehensive weekly progress reports.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all technical documents and drawings for client review and approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, and engineering) and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of HVAC/ACMV scope in line with project milestones.
• Provide technical support during site inspections, testing & commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to local regulations and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve site-related engineering issues through collaboration with relevant departments.
• Manage and document any variations or additional work beyond the original scope.
• Support the Project Manager and site team to ensure overall project success and client satisfaction.
