Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering background encouraged.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and travel when required.
• Experience in heavy lifting, heavy transportation, or equipment installation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop safe, practical, and cost-effective lifting and transportation solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to assess conditions and identify challenges.
• Prepare and review method statements, lifting plans, drawings, calculations, and proposals to meet project needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies for heavy equipment transportation by land, sea, and inland waterways.
• Plan and coordinate heavy lifting, jacking, skidding, and equipment installation activities.
• Provide technical support during project execution and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, standards, and project specifications.
• Carry out other engineering duties as assigned.
