Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
2 years experience in mechanical design, tool & die, jig & fixtures design, or automation.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or Inventor for equipment design.
Experience in semiconductor back-end equipment design is an advantage.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Design and develop equipment tailored for new and customized products to meet manufacturing needs
Support improvements in machine assembly and automation to optimize production processes
Support subsidiaries by delivering equipment training, managing spare parts, and resolving technical issues
Implement continuous improvements on existing equipment to increase reliability and performance
Manage project costing, sourcing, standardization, and documentation of equipment manuals and related technical issues
