IX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Services professional to support data centre projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, consultants, and authorities to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities include drawing management, safety compliance, MOS/RA/SWP creation, and assisting the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. Data centre experience is a plus.

Formación

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical related field is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Mechanical services with relevant qualification.
• Experience in Data Centre is advantageous.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in related field.
• Must be Safety Trained and RA trained with certification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office/Project.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with client, suppliers, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities in projects managed.
• Ensure timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Follow internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical and construction matters.
• Ensure work quality and safety regulation are fully compiled.
• Perform Testing & Commissioning work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Centre.
• Assist Project Manager in managing projects within resources, budget and time.
• Plan, develop, execute, monitor project schedule, resource plan and budget
• Create Method of Statements (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA) & Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for the Project Team
