Job summary

Tech Grid Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to design fabrication equipment, with a focus on lithography systems.

You will create CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings, and work with electrical, software and process engineers to optimize performance. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• 5+ years in semiconductor equipment design or related industries.
• Experience creating mechanical drawings, assemblies and manufacturing documentation.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, precision engineering and fabrication processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing fabrication equipment particularly in the lithography systems
• Create mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software like SolidWorks
• Preparing part and assembly drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and process engineers to optimize equipment performance
• Supporting equipment installation, testing, and maintenance in semiconductor fabs

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment design, precision machinery, automation equipment, or related industries.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
• Experience creating mechanical drawings, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strongunderstanding of mechanical design principles, precision engineering, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to Malaysia to support project and customer requirements.
