A leading company in ACMV systems is seeking a project coordinator to ensure compliance with designs and manage subcontractors on-site. The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and offers a salary aligned with experience. Responsibilities include overseeing project timeliness, managing costs, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Liaise and work with the consultants, clients and main contractors on the design, technical and
compliance issues of ACMV systems
Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure progress of
ACMV work to meet the project timeline
Supervise and ensure actual site works are in accordance to the approved drawings and
specifications
Execute site administration and workplace safety and health protocol
Manage project cost and ensure completion of projects within budget
Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations
according to best practice when applicable,
Keep and maintain daily work record, including documentation for variation orders for liaising with
the clients and the subcontracts; and reporting to manager
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV background.
Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry
Good knowledge of M&E specifications & local regulations, especially in ACMV
Able to produce drawings with CAD software
5.5 days work week
