Job description

Work Location : Central

Working Hours : 5 Days Work Week

• Mon - Fri ( 9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities :

• Anticipate site issues and mitigate potential risks.
• Coordinate with site PIC for work scheduling and manpower planning.
• Liaise with suppliers and raise MERF for material/equipment procurement and approval.
• Attend project meetings with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site work execution to ensure smooth operations.
• Submit method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawings.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and claims.
• Ensure M&E designs comply with client specifications.
• Conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections of materials/equipment.
• Inspect site installations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Handle defect rectification and completion of outstanding works.
• Prepare as-built drawings and conduct joint inspections with client representatives.

Job Requirements :

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E projects in Singapore.
• Candidate with experience managing LTA projects will be an added advantage.
• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
