Job description

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Design of product specific Tools, Jigs & Fixtures, Robotic Modules & Interfaces;
• Product Design for manufacturability (DFM);
• Gating system design,Fluid flow & solidification simulations (FDM & FEM);
• Establish Engineering Work Instructions, Mechanical Drawings, Inspection Instructions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in precision engineering.
• Good knowledge in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Sound knowleged interpreting mechanical drawings (ISO, GD&T), Stack-up tolerances, etc.
• Good analytical knowledge and sense for technical details & precision
• Passion to innovate and improve, willingness to learn & adapt to challenges
• Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization
