Job Description:

• Working with aerodynamic and control engineers to design aerodynamic structures of aerial vehicles.

• Design and develop actuator systems for flight control.

• Conduct tolerance analysis, thermal and stress simulations (FEA), and ensure designs meet structural, environmental, and safety requirements.

• Support prototype fabrication, testing, and iterative design improvements.

• Collaborate with control, electrical, and systems engineers to ensure full system integration.

• Assist in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for assembly) activities.

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation.

• Contribute to system-level testing and participate in failure analysis and redesign if neede

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency wiht CAD tools such as Solid Works.

• Familiarity with simulation tools for structural and thermal analysis.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
