Job Description:

• Preparation of project documentation, e.g. tender, quotation, progress claims, drawings, checklist, etc
• Responsible for site coordination and supervision to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters.
• Attend site walks, meetings, and site inspections when required.
• To carry out technical support functions in mechanical engineering work on-site.
• To ensure effective project management on design, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
• Attend meetings and prepare project schedules and progress reports.
• To ensure smooth and timely delivery of the project.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or the construction industry.
• Possessing relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting as per M&E drawings or engineering specifications.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
• Willing to travel & based at the project site.
• Know AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
• Candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered as well.
