You will create detailed blueprints, models, and schematics using CAD software, and drive validation through prototypes and testing. You will diagnose equipment issues, implement repairs or design modifications, oversee manufacturing processes, and manage project timelines with suppliers to ensure safety and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and schematics for machinery, machine tools, and mechanical components using CAD software.
• Testing and Validation: Build prototypes of industrial tools and run stress, thermal, or performance tests to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment failures, investigate operational breakdowns, and implement effective repairs or design modifications.
• Manufacturing Support: Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and drive design-for-manufacturability improvements.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, estimate budgets, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
