The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and possess relevant project management experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is mandatory.
• Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage.

Job description

• Basic $4000 - $6500 (Depends on experience) + Allowances

• Variable / Performance Bonuses

• Working location: Commonwealth / 3min walking distance from MRT

• Working hours: Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Candidate with experience managing LTA projects is a MUST

• Possess class 3 driving license will be an advantage

Job Scope:

• Plan and forecast monthly and weekly project installation schedules.

• Identify and mitigate potential site issues and risks.

• Attend and contribute to regular project meetings with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

• Ensure M&E designs meet client specifications and project requirements.

• Prepare accurate as-built drawings for joint inspections with client representatives.

• Compile and submit Operation & Maintenance manuals for client approval.

• Support the final account settlement, including variation order negotiations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering.

• Mandatory: Experience managing Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects.

• Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage.
