Job description

• Generate layout drawings, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Draft comprehensive scope of work for all mechanical engineering tasks.
• Produce technical specifications, requisitions, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate engineering designs and manage interface-related issues.
• Strategize, develop, and innovate new products in alignment with project requirements.
• Enhance existing product designs for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Offer technical expertise to bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing processes.
• Lead and oversee investigations into the form and function of design features.
• Develop and refine technical drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies to convey design intent and guide manufacturing processes.
• Create communication documents to effectively convey design details to clients or manufacturing partners.
• Establish and maintain design history files for documentation and reference purposes.
• Validate system and product capabilities by designing and conducting feasibility studies and testing methods.
• Innovate manufacturing processes by designing and adapting equipment for component fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Ensure system and product quality through the design and implementation of testing methods; verify finished product and system capabilities; validate fabrication, assembly, and installation procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or any related field in Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering and Product Design, specifically in pressure vessels.
• Proficient in SolidWorks with a strong understanding of AutoCAD 3D or equivalent software, as well as valve differential designs.
• Familiarity with NFPA and relevant international pipeline design Codes and Standards is essential.
