Job summary

THONG HUAT BROTHERS (PTE) LIMITED is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee Mechanical and Electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with project specs, drawings, and schedule. The role involves coordinating site workers and subcontractors to achieve smooth integration with other trades and on-time delivery.

The candidate will assist in project engineering of M&E systems, support coordination of assigned projects, and monitor manpower deployment while upholding quality and safety

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise & coordinate M&E works on site to ensure compliance with specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate site workers and subcontractors for smooth M&E integration with other trades.
• Assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist in coordination and management of assigned projects/facilities.
• Ensure efficient deployment of manpower on site.
• Monitor M&E works and inspections with RTO.
• Check quality and safety requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
