Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Engineer (BIM/Precast) to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for precast production machinery and plant equipment at Bukit Batok project sites.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automation systems, support installation and upgrades, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain documentation while complying with safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for industrial systems.
• Experience with precast/concrete production equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for precast machinery and plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Maintain equipment such as concrete batching plants, mixers, conveyors, and lifting gear.
• Support installation, commissioning and upgrading of new machinery and lines.
• Coordinate technicians, suppliers, and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain maintenance records, spares and technical documentation.
