Job description

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to manage the operations of the M&E System.

• Plan and implement routine and preventive maintenance for building’s M&E systems.

• Assist to prepare operation budgets and cyclical works and capital expenditure.

• Manage contract management, handle tenders for M&E service contracts and implement preventive maintenance programme, standard operating procedures for M&E operations and equipment and measurement of system performance.

• Address tenant feedback promptly and attend tenancy meetings related to operations.

• Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Handle all day-to-day administrative tasks and perform standby duty on emergency call back service.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & experience

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in M&E system with industrial and A&A projects in Singapore. Familiarity with local construction codes and standards and authorities compliance and submission.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
