Job description

· Attend site meetings with consultants.

· Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors.

· To resolve any technical or site issues.

· Prepare and submit M&E construction schedule and structural penetration for approval.

· To arrange for M&E trade demonstrations for consultant’s approval.

· To arrange the inspection and resolve the site problems.

· Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims.

· To ensure work as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standard.

· Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.

· Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical or site problems relating to M&E works.

· Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
