Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical and electrical engineering design and execution for building and infrastructure projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety for M&E works.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and client approvals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high performance and technical quality.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an M&E Engineer or Manager in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, and building services coordination.
• Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, or equivalent).
