Position Title: Mechanical Engineer/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Working Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement mechanical and electrical systems in building projects.
2. Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards specific to Singapore.
3. Manage multiple building projects, ensuring adherence to outlined specifications and timelines.
4. Collaborate with other engineering professionals to optimize design processes.
5. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
6. Provide detailed project reports and documentation for management review.
7. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle and propose effective resolutions.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
9. Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience and knowledge in building services design and installation.
3. Familiarity with building regulations and standards in Singapore.
4. Demonstrated expertise in building project management.
