Overview

Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Consultancy
Position Title: Mechanical Engineer/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement mechanical and electrical systems in building projects.
• Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards specific to Singapore.
• Manage multiple building projects, ensuring adherence to outlined specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with other engineering professionals to optimize design processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Provide detailed project reports and documentations for management review.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle and propose effective resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience and knowledge in building services design and installation.
• Familiarity with building regulations and standards in Singapore.
• Demonstrated expertise in building project management.
