Job description

Possess a recognized diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
Provide the M&E schedule to tie with the Master Schedule.
Supervise and coordinate all M&E works.
Coordinate for RI(M&E) Inspection and TOP.
Liaise with consultants, NSCs, DSCs and authorities on M&E matters.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
Produce the coordinated services drawings (CSD).
