Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a skilled E&M design and construction engineer with extensive experience in civil projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure timely execution of design and construction tasks, requiring excellent communication and supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably civil projects.
• Candidate with past experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.

• Coordinating with clients, project team, and contractors for E&M design and construction works.
• Checking & reviewing documents & drawings before submission to clients.
• Preparing E&M Niches drawing and temporary design drawing.

Job description

Job Duties:-

1. Coordinating with clients, project team and contractors for E&M design and construction works.
2. Checking & review documents & drawings before submission to clients.
3. Preparing E&M Niches drawing.
4. Liaising with Architect & structural consultant for design coordination.
5. Assisting Design Manager/Project Director for urgent works and E&M related works.
6. Preparing temporary design drawing.
7. Ad-hoc works.

Job Requirement:-

1. Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
2. Minimum 9 years of experiences in construction industry preferable in civil project
3. Candidate with past experience in LTA projects is an advantage
4. Excellent coordination and communication expertise gained through practice in the supervision of field staff.
