Job summary

ORION SYSTEMS INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. Singapore invites a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our automation and semiconductor equipment team.

You will assist senior engineers in designing mechanical structures and modules, and prepare drawings using CAD software. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics and at least two years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in semiconductor or automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proficiency with CAD software required.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in semiconductor or automation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English and Chinese language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers to design mechanical structures and modules for automation projects.
• Prepare and update engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to meet specs.
• Maintain drawing revisions and version control.
• Provide engineering support during project execution.
• Liaise with customers to review specs and design requirements.
• Troubleshoot design issues and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support machine installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Complete other engineering tasks as assigned.
