❖ Mechanical Design Engineer (Drafter)
Job Description
Create Process and Layout drawings for LIPICO Oils & Fats processing plants, Biodiesel plant, SAF PTU plants and Oleochemical plants; transitioning from 2D to 3D.
Develop Foundation Drawings for process plant ISBL equipment (currently in 2D, moving to 3D)
Design and develop General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) of plant equipment
Working closing with Project Engineers to create the P&ID drawings using AutoCAD P&ID
Prepare specialized drawings for high-pressure steam routes, vapor ducting expansion joints, thermal oil routing and more (transitioning from 2D to 3D)
Prepare process equipment, tanks and vessel drawings
Familiar with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting standard design work
Basic knowledge of Piping material, pipe stress analysis, pipe support design principles and work processes
Responsible for the accurate, timely preparation and submission of drawings.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Proficient in AutoCad 3D skills, familiar with P&ID for various system
Basic knowledge of tanks, pressure vessels, and shell & tube heat exchangers
Strong attention to details and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Able to produce detailed process vessel drawing and piping layout with minimal supervision;
Conversant with International Code and practices
Preferably with 3 or more years in vessel, process piping design experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical Industries
