* Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays

Join a dynamic R&D team shaping the future of semiconductor and automation equipment!

Your Role:

• Drive mechanical design and development in line with customer and internal specifications.

• Lead project planning and coordination meetings to keep timelines on track.

• Create and maintain accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings and update Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Manage engineering change notices (ECNs) and design documentation.

• Support cross-functional teams in process, production, supply chain, and QA with your technical expertise.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor or automation equipment design.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks (Autodesk/AutoCAD is a bonus!).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, material properties, and design techniques.

• Willingness to travel for overseas project support.
