Mechanical Design Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the mechanical design and development of innovative automated equipment
• Attend meetings with customers to discuss on their requirements in new project and/or project proposals.
• Develop engineering drawings, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure uniform application of good practice of manufacturing standard.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Min. 2 years’ experience in electronic automation equipment design
• Proficient in Solidworks, AutoCad software and knowledge of Pro Engineer software will be an added advantage
• Moderate travelling may be required.
• Committed, independent, responsible and possess a positive work attitude
