Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Design for Manufacturability, Design for Testing, Design for Assembly and turnkey solutions strategies for efficient production.

• Assist in designing and customizing products to meet customer requirements.

• Create technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and work instructions.

• Support the integration of third-party products and conduct product testing.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams to improve manufacturability.

• Enhance engineering information systems and contribute to design automation.

• Work with certification bodies and provide lab testing support.

• Offer on-site technical support and participate in team-based projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing working environment.

• Experience in mechanical design, preferably with low-voltage power distribution equipment.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems.

• Strong in project management.

• Excellent communication and time management.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Familiar with electrical codes is a plus.
