To set-up and ensure completeness of Piping Test Packages (Piping TPs) in Completion Management System (CMS) as per project requirements. Validation of Piping TPs and coordination of comments close-out with various parties. Management of approved changes related to Piping TPs throughout the whole project phase. To ensure the Piping Inspection Test Reports (ITRs) are issued to relevant parties as per project schedule and support site on Mechanical Completions (MC) Piping related activities in a timely manner.
- Validation of Marine/ Topside/ Vendor Piping TPs and relevant information from various yards/subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that Piping Test Packages are accurate as per the latest issued P&IDs, Isometric Drawings, Commissioning Boundary Mark-up drawings and other related documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, yards/subcontractors, and vendors for closing out on comments and issues regarding the Piping Test Pack Registers.
- Populating and updating CMS with the validated Piping TPs and issuing of Piping ITRs to relevant parties.
- Ensure that any approved changes related to Piping TPs are reviewed and implemented in CMS in a timely manner.
- Support MC team to mitigate problems affecting completion and handover of systems and serve as the main focal person for Piping TPs between Construction and Completions team.
- Support MC team on other related set-up and execution MC activities as required.
- Reports to the Project Mechanical Completions Lead
- Interacts with project team members/engineers from other departments to address Mechanical Completions technical concerns/requirements.
- Interacts with site team members/engineers/supervisors from construction and quality departments, Yards/ Subcontractors and Vendors to address site and vendor technical concerns/requirements related to Mechanical Completions activities.
- Be disciplined in time management and independent in handling and prioritizing complex work requirements within the project’s stringent timelines.
- Manage approved changes related to the work scope and implement these changes in CMS in a timely manner.
