Job summary

NTS COMPONENTS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a diligent assembler to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly from component to module level, adhering to Work Instructions and training.

You will ensure assemblies meet customer specifications, maintain cycle times, support material handling, and contribute to process improvements for quality and output. This position offers on-site work with opportunities to grow skills in precision assembly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and technical assembly work.
• Hands-on skill in mechanical and/or electrical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts from component level to module level per Work Instruction or training.
• Ensure assemblies meet customer specifications and expectations.
• Perform assembly work consistently per targeted cycle time.
• Assist in material handling and knitting when required.
• Improve processes and tooling to achieve better quality and meet production outputs.
• Report non-conformities to immediate supervisor when identified.
• Maintain tools, fixtures and equipment for production use; report wear to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product assembled meets customer specifications & expectations

• Perform assembly work consistently per targeted cycle time

• Assist in material handling and knitting whenever required

• Improve any process and tooling to achieve better quality and meet the target production outputs

• Report to immediate supervisor for non-conformity, if any

• Maintain tools, fixtures and equipment for production use. Report and wear and tear to supervisor
